Guest ticket

The Aparthotel Lang offers a special service during your stay: You will receive a guest ticket. This ticket allows you to use all buses and trains of the Rhine-Moselle public transport system free of charge.

This service is of course free of charge for you, as our guest.

Terms of Use


  1. The guest ticket is valid exclusively on public transport in the Rhine-Moselle transport association (in 2nd class trains - not in IC or ICE trains) and therefore also in the entire Ahrweiler district.
  2. The guest ticket is only valid if it is fully completed. The guest's name and place of residence, along with the arrival and departure dates, must be entered.
  3. Subsequent changes to the guest ticket are not possible.
  4. The guest ticket is only valid in conjunction with a valid official photo ID and is not transferable.
  5. Children 6 years and older require their own guest ticket. Children up to and including 5 years of age travel free within VRM territory and do not require a guest ticket.
  6. The guest ticket is valid for passenger transport. Bicycles can be transported free of charge after 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and all day on Sundays and public holidays, subject to vehicle capacity.
  7. The respective fare regulations of the Rhine-Moselle Transport Association (VRM) apply to the transport of animals - in closed boxes, transport is free of charge, otherwise a reduced single ticket for the corresponding journey distance must be purchased additionally.

  • When is the guest ticket valid?

    The guest ticket is valid for the duration of your stay, including your arrival and departure days. Only the details entered by your host are valid.

  • Is the guest ticket transferable?

    Your individual guest ticket is non-transferable and is only valid in conjunction with your valid photo ID.

  • Can I also buy the guest ticket?

    The guest ticket is not available for purchase. Participating businesses offer overnight guests the opportunity to use the buses and trains of the Rhine-Moselle Transport Association (VRM) free of charge and experience the diversity of the Ahr Valley.

  • Can the day guest use the guest ticket?

    No, the guest ticket is reserved for overnight guests.

  • Is there anything else to consider?

    Please remember: When leaving the VRM area you must purchase a connecting ticket.
